How do tokens convert to payouts?
InGovy tokens can be converted to cash payouts at a rate of 10 tokens = $1 USD. Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal or direct bank transfer. Minimum payout threshold is 100 tokens ($10 USD).
How does LinkedIn integration work?
Our LinkedIn integration allows you to import your professional profile, sync endorsements, and showcase your InGovy Mentor badge on your LinkedIn profile. When mentees leave you a review on InGovy, they can optionally endorse your skills on LinkedIn with a single click.
What tech do I need?
You'll need a computer with a webcam and microphone for video sessions, a stable internet connection, and a smartphone for the InGovy mobile app. We support Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers.
How do I maintain ratings?
Mentees rate sessions on a 5-star scale. To maintain good standing, aim for an average rating of 4.5 or higher. We provide feedback tools and improvement resources if your ratings drop below this threshold.
